This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile applications (each, the "Application"):
Beyond Soft and Hasan Dağ are the same developer and are referred to below as "we", "us" or "the developer". Both Applications are provided as a free service with optional in-app purchases and are intended for use "AS IS".
The Applications themselves do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to the developer. All follower data you import and every report generated from it are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We never request your Instagram username, password or any other account credentials.
The Applications use third-party services for monetization, analytics and crash reporting. These providers may automatically collect and process limited device and usage data (such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device model, diagnostics and crash data, and purchase history) in order to serve and measure personalized or non-personalized ads and to improve the Applications. This data is not linked to your identity by us. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing:
On iOS, usage data may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. This only occurs where you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can withdraw it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, you have certain data protection rights, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data relating to you, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You can manage your ad personalization and privacy preferences at any time via the in-app "Privacy Settings" screen or through your device's operating system settings. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details in Section 7.
Because the Applications store your imported data only on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Application. For data held by the advertising and analytics partners listed above, please refer to their respective privacy policies, or contact us and we will assist with your request.
By using the iOS Application, you agree to the Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA). By using the Android Application, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. Users are prohibited from using the Applications for any form of harassment or for unauthorized scraping of data.
The Applications are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that such data has been provided, we will delete it immediately.
