You can check which Instagram accounts do not follow you back by comparing your exported followers and following lists. Unfollow Tracker for Instagram processes these files on your device; you do not need to give the app your Instagram login or password.
You still use Instagram itself to request and download your data. “No login required” means no Instagram sign-in inside the tracker, not that you can download a private account’s data without accessing that account.
What do followers and unfollowers reports show?

The app’s current report uses the first comparison. Two current JSON files do not establish whether someone previously followed you. An account that does not follow you back might never have followed you.
Check who does not follow you back in three steps
- Export your followers and following data from Instagram in JSON format, using the All time date range.
- Download and extract your archive, then import the followers and following JSON files into the app.
- Open the report to see accounts in your following list that are absent from your followers list.
A simple example
Suppose you follow sample_alex and sample_sam, but only sample_sam appears in your followers list. The report lists sample_alex as not following you back. These are fictional names; the comparison does not tell you whether Alex ever followed you.
How current is the report?
The report reflects the exported files. It is not a live feed, does not continuously monitor Instagram, and does not establish the exact time someone unfollowed you. Export and import fresh data when you want a new snapshot.
